Domestic Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time: We process and ship orders within 7-10 working days from the date of order placement unless otherwise specified in the product details. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping on all domestic orders over Rs. 2000/-.
- For orders below Rs. 2000/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150/- per packet will apply.
Courier Partners: We partner with trusted, nationally reputed courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Our courier partners will deliver your order between Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or travel delays.
Delivery Locations: ZeeBella ships to all locations in India. We are committed to delivering your order to the address provided during checkout.
Address Changes: If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be accepted before the order has been shipped.
Delays: As our products are often handmade or made to order, there might be slight delays in shipping. We will keep you informed via email or text if there are any delays in processing or shipping your order.
High Order Volume: During peak seasons or special promotions, there might be a slight delay in shipping due to high order volumes. We kindly request you to allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipment details via email. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your package during transit.

International Shipping & Delivery Policy

Currently, we are not offering international shipping and only ship within India.
