Exchange, Cancellations & Refund Policy

At ZeeBella, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We take great care in providing detailed product descriptions to help you make informed decisions and to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, we understand that there may be cases where an exchange, cancellation, or refund is necessary. Below is our policy regarding exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges for size-related issues within certain conditions.

Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchanges are only available for domestic orders.
• The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

Exchange Terms and Conditions:

• We provide detailed product descriptions, including color, fit, and care instructions. However, due to variations in display settings, slight color differences may occur, and we do not accept exchanges based on color discrepancies, fabric material, or quality.
• Exchange requests are accepted only for orders placed on our official website, www.zeebella.com.
• International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

Exchange Process:

1. To request an exchange, contact us via email at inquiry@zeebella.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
2. A processing fee of ₹300 per product applies to exchanges. After making the payment, email us a screenshot of the transaction. Alternatively, if you prefer to ship the item directly to us, we will provide the shipping address. After dispatching, share the AWB number, courier company name, and proof of dispatch.
3. Items shipped directly by the customer will not be covered by ZeeBella in case of loss or damage during transit. Please use reputable courier services for returns.
4. Once payment is confirmed, our customer support team will arrange a reverse pickup using trusted courier services.
5. Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, we will ship the exchanged item (the new size) within 7-10 working days.
6. Size exchanges are processed only once per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order will not be accepted.
7. If the requested size is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a credit note for the item’s value.
8. Credit notes issued for exchanges are valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

• Prepaid Orders: You can cancel your prepaid order within 24 hours of placing the order. For prepaid orders, you may either receive a credit note for the same amount or exchange the ordered item for another product of the same value.
• To request a cancellation, email us at inquiry@zeebella.com within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation by ZeeBella:

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons such as:
  • Unavailability of materials
  • Incorrect product listings or pricing errors
  • Payment-related issues or fraudulent activity detected by our analytics team
• If ZeeBella cancels a prepaid order, we will issue a full refund to your registered bank account. The customer will be notified via email.
• Our decision to accept or cancel orders is final and binding.

Cancellation Charges:

• Prepaid Orders: Cancellations of prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge for payment gateway fees.

Credit Notes for Cancellations:

• Credit notes issued for order cancellations are valid for 90 days.

Refund Policy

• Refunds: ZeeBella does not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered. If a product has been damaged during transit or is defective, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

• Sale Items: All items marked as ‘Sale’ or ‘Discounted’ are non-returnable and non-refundable.
